Don't get your hopes up. It comes and goes. I was meaning to comment on one of your entries recently---it's counterproductive to track one's progress with this sort of thing, because the inevitable setbacks will get overemphasized, no matter how temporary they actually are.

You and I both have a tendency to overanalyze, but sometimes doing so hurts us more.
